AI training · one-on-one or group

Get real value from the AI you already pay for.

Most people have ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini and use it like a slightly better search box. I teach you, or your whole team, how to set it up properly and use it as a force multiplier at work and at home. Every session is built on your real tasks, and you keep the written materials.

Two ways to learn

Just you, or the whole team

Same approach either way: we start from the work you actually do, not a generic slide deck.

One-on-one

Private sessions for owners, professionals and individuals

For the owner who wants AI handling the inbox, the proposals and the research. For the professional who wants to write, plan and think faster. And for personal life too: email, planning trips, comparing big purchases, organizing family logistics, learning something new.

  • Built around your accounts, your tools and your week.
  • In person around Phoenix or live by video.
  • Go at your pace, ask the questions you would not ask in a room.

Group

Team sessions built on your real work

For offices where everyone has an AI license and nobody has a playbook. We work through the tasks your team does every week, set shared rules for what is safe, and leave a written guide new hires can learn from.

  • Role-based: each person practices on the work they actually do.
  • On site at your office or live by video.
  • A team workbook and quick-reference guide that stay with you.

Who it's for

Is this right for you?

  • Are you paying for ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini and barely using it?
  • Is your team pasting client information into AI tools with no guidance on what is safe?
  • Do you get generic, bland answers and give up?
  • Is there one chore every week you wish someone else would do?
  • Do you want to understand AI well enough to make smart decisions about it, at work or at home?

If you nodded at two of these, it is worth a conversation. Much of the value is often already sitting in a tool you own.

What you'll learn

From search box to force multiplier

  • Set it up right. Accounts, settings, memory and privacy options in the tools you already have.
  • Ask so it answers well. Give context, examples and a format, and get work you can actually use.
  • Make it yours. Saved instructions, reusable prompts and custom assistants for the jobs you repeat.
  • Turn one chore into a workflow. Pick a weekly task and build a repeatable way for AI to handle the first draft.
  • Use it safely. What never to paste in, how to spot a confident wrong answer, and a simple approved-tools policy for a team.
  • Know when not to use it. The jobs where AI wastes your time, so you stop fighting it.

Add-on topics for teams: Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace features you are paying for, and everyday security habits like spotting phishing and turning on multi-factor sign-in.

How it works

How a session runs

Length, format and dates are confirmed in your written scope.

  1. A short intake callYour tools, your goals, and the tasks that eat your time.
  2. A session on your real workHands-on, in person or by video. You do the work, not just watch it.
  3. A cheat sheet you keepWritten materials after every session: your prompts, your settings, your workflow.
  4. An optional follow-upA second session only if the first one earns it.
Why learn it from me

I use this every day to run a business.

AI does the prep in my own work: first drafts, research, testing and the busywork. I check and sign off everything before it ships. That is the habit I teach: let the tool do the heavy lifting, and keep your judgment in charge.

Before that, I spent years explaining technology to people who did not ask to become experts, from customer-facing hosting and SSL/TLS support for small-business clients at GoDaddy to security partner programs at Microsoft.

Honest noteAI training is a newer offer, so there is no training client story to show here yet. What you see is how I work, and you can judge it on the first call.

At your office, your kitchen table, or on a video call

Around the Valley, sessions can happen in person, from a conference room in Scottsdale to a back office in Mesa, so you practice on your own laptop and your own accounts. Anywhere else, live video works just as well. Groups train together; one-on-one sessions fit around your schedule.

Straight answers

AI training questions

Which AI tools do you teach?

The ones you already have: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini, plus the AI features built into Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. If you have not picked one yet, I will help you choose based on what you need, not on what I sell.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can write an email, you can learn this. Sessions are in plain English and hands-on, at your pace.

Is it only for business, or personal use too?

Both. One-on-one sessions often cover personal life as much as work: writing, planning, research, budgeting, learning a new skill, and keeping the family organized.

Is it safe to use AI with client or personal information?

It depends on the tool and its settings. Every session covers what is safe to paste in, which privacy settings to check, and when a model running on your own computer is the better choice.

Do you sell the software or take commissions?

No. I teach you to use what you already pay for. If a different tool would serve you better, I will tell you, and you buy it directly.

Start with one session

Bring the AI you already pay for. Leave knowing how to use it.

Book 30 minutes and tell me what you want AI to take off your plate. You will leave the call with ideas you can use the same day.
