Run · World Class Digital LLC

Your site, kept current, backed up and checked every month.

A website care plan from World Class Digital LLC. Updates, backups, certificate renewals and uptime watching, with a monthly check and a written note so you always know what was checked and what changed. One accountable name: mine. Month to month.

Who it's for

Owners who want the site handled

Run is for small businesses whose website matters but who do not want to think about plugins, certificates or backups. You get one accountable operator. The same person who scopes the work stays in it. No anonymous ticket queue, and no hand-offs to whoever is available.

Care plans cover what you actually need, not a fixed tier. Most start right after a Build or a Defend lockdown, but I also take on sites I did not build, after a look at how they are put together.

Is this right for you?

  • Has your site ever shown a security warning because a certificate expired?
  • Do you know when your site was last backed up, and whether that backup restores?
  • Are plugins or software on your site months out of date?
  • Would you find out your site was down before a customer told you?
What you get

What a care plan covers

  • Updates. Security patches and software updates applied and checked, so nothing breaks quietly.
  • Backups. Regular backups, with restores tested so you know the backup actually works.
  • Certificate renewals. Your security certificate renews before it expires, and I confirm it did.
  • Uptime watching. Your site is watched, so I hear about an outage and start on it.
  • A monthly check. Certificate, security headers, email records, forms and the pages that matter, looked at by me.
  • A written note every month. What was checked, what changed, and anything you should know.
  • A written runbook for your site. How it is put together, so anyone you hire later can pick it up.

When something breaks

How issues are handled

Send it to me and I will take it from there. Issues are handled as quickly as possible, in the order they come in. I do not sell standing response windows off a shelf, and I will not publish a promise one person cannot keep.

Existing clients reach me directly at sam@worldclassdigital.com. One accountable operator, no ticket queue. You will hear back from the person who built or looked after the site.

How it works
  1. A 30-minute callWhat your site runs on, where it is hosted, and what has gone wrong before.
  2. A look under the hoodFor a site I did not build, I review how it is put together before quoting.
  3. A written scopeWhat the plan covers, what it does not, and the start date confirmed in your written scope.
  4. Every monthUpdates, backups and checks, then a written note in your inbox.

What is not included

  • Staff computers, phones and printers. A care plan looks after your website, not a help desk for your office.
  • Office networks and on-site hardware. Not part of Run.
  • Round-the-clock security operations. Uptime watching is not a security operations center.
  • Redesigns and new features. Those are scoped and quoted separately as a Build.
  • Microsoft 365 administration. Available by referral, limited pilot slots, through Defend.
Honest noteRun is the newest lane, so there is no care-plan receipt to show yet. I will not post made-up uptime numbers or a dashboard screenshot. What I can show you is the monthly note format above, and the live client sites on Our work. Care plans are configuration and upkeep, not insurance.

Phoenix metro

Planned around your season

Phoenix businesses run on seasons. Restaurants and retail are slammed when the snowbirds are in town, CPA offices disappear into tax season, and summer slows almost everyone down. Bigger updates get scheduled for your quiet weeks, not your busiest Saturday. Home base is the Phoenix metro, from Scottsdale to Queen Creek, and most care work happens remotely.

Straight answers

Care plan questions

What does a care plan cost?

It is scoped on the call and quoted in writing. There are no published tiers, because the right scope depends on your site.

Is there a long contract?

No. Care plans are month to month.

How fast do you respond when something breaks?

As quickly as possible, in the order they come in. There is no standing response window published here, and I will not promise one I cannot keep alone.

Can you take over a site you did not build?

Usually, yes. I look at how it is put together first, then tell you honestly whether a care plan makes sense or whether it needs a Site Recovery first.

Do you work with nonprofits?

Yes. Ask about it on the call.

We are a medical or dental office. Do you sign a BAA?

Discussed case by case.
