Not demos. Real client sites you can load right now, and a signed engagement to back each one. Here is the problem, what we found, and what shipped.

Three live sites

Every one is live, and every one passed the pass

AI does the prep. A human runs the pass. Nothing signs off until a human reviews it. Sam is the final check. These are the three client sites we can name in public, shown with permission.

Story 1 · Site Recovery

Johnny's Doghouse

Dog grooming, boarding and daycare in Tempe and Cottonwood.

The problem

A busy pet-care business with two locations needed a website that did the job for both. Customers had to find the right location, see the services, and book without calling during a busy shift.

What we found

The site needed a recovery, not a coat of paint. Two locations had to be clear and separate, booking had to work online, and the site had to be set up so search engines and AI assistants could tell the two locations apart.

What shipped

  • A full site rebuild under a signed statement of work, scoped in writing before any work began.
  • A second site for the Cottonwood location, live 2026-06-03.
  • Online booking, live.
  • Per-location pages, search setup and security settings done as part of the build, not bolted on later.

Is this like your situation? A site that is broken, outgrown or stuck with a vendor who stopped answering is a job for Site Recovery under Build.

Story 2 · Launch Build

EG Dynamics

An executive consulting site, live.

The problem

An executive consultant needed a site that said one clear thing about what he does and made it easy for the right buyer to book time. The old site sat on a website builder and spread the message across too many offers.

What we found

The offer needed focus before the design did. Buyers had to understand the service in a few seconds, booking had to be one click away, and the site had to answer the questions an AI assistant gets asked about a consultant like him.

What shipped

  • A rebuilt site around one clear advisory offer, written in his voice.
  • A booking flow connected to his calendar, so a visitor can go from reading to a scheduled call.
  • Search and AI-answer setup done right: a sitemap, structured data and an llms.txt file describing the business plainly.
  • A security certificate, HTTPS everywhere and security headers set at launch.

Is this like your situation? A new site, or one that needs a clear message more than a new look, is a Launch Build.

Story 3 · Launch Build

Aerion Glavac Skinner

An author and speaker site, live 2026-09-04.

The problem

An author and speaker needed a site for her memoir launch that felt like her, on a schedule set by the book. And her business email already ran on Microsoft 365, so the move could not break it.

What we found

Moving a website is the easy part. The risk is the mail. If the new host is not told that email lives somewhere else, it can quietly swallow messages meant for the inbox. That had to be settled before the switch, not discovered after it.

What shipped

  • A new author and speaker site, live 2026-09-04, approved by her before launch.
  • Business email kept working on Microsoft 365 through the move, with the host set so mail keeps going to Microsoft.
  • A free Let's Encrypt security certificate, with renewals set up.
  • A separate preview kept private and out of search while the real site went public.

Is this like your situation? If you need a new site and cannot afford to lose email in the move, start with a Launch Build. If the email side is the worry, see Defend.

What you will not see here

No logo wall. No made-up numbers.

Three named clients, each one live and each one shown with permission. Other engagements are under way, such as work for a regional CPA firm, and they stay unnamed until the client says otherwise.

You will not find client counts, invented percentages or dollar figures from client work on this site. If a claim cannot be checked, it does not go up.

Honest noteThe best proof is the live site itself. Load it on your phone, click around, try the booking. Then ask me anything about how it was built.
Phoenix metro and beyond

Valley businesses, and the people they serve

Johnny's Doghouse runs in Tempe and up the road in Cottonwood. EG Dynamics and Aerion Glavac Skinner serve clients wherever they are. The work is done from the Phoenix metro, mostly remotely, with meetings by video or in person around the Valley.

Want to know what keeps a site like these healthy after launch? That is Run, a care plan with a written note every month. If the bigger question is how the technology fits the business, Fractional CTO help sits under Advisory, and Notes has the plain-English write-ups.

Straight answers

Questions about the work

Are these real client sites?

Yes. Each one is live at the address shown, backed by a real engagement, and shown with the client's permission. Open them in a browser.

Why only three?

These are the clients who have agreed to be named in public. Other work is under way, and it stays private until the client says otherwise.

Who owns the sites?

The client does. Every build ships with documentation, the domain and every login, so the owner is never locked in.

Can you do something like this for me?

Book a 30-minute call and bring the problem. I will show you which of these is closest to what you need, and you will get a written scope and fixed quote shortly after.

Liked what you saw?

Bring a problem. I will show you something close to it.

Load a live client site, then book 30 minutes. You will leave with ideas you can use, whether or not we work together.
