Build what you need. Nothing more.

World Class Digital LLC builds fast, secure websites for Phoenix small businesses, written in your voice and handed over with every login. Launch Build is for a new site. Site Recovery is for one that is broken, slow, or stuck with a vendor who stopped answering.

Who it's for

Owners who need a site that does its job

Most small businesses do not need custom software. They need a site that loads fast, explains the offer clearly, takes the booking or the call, and keeps working after launch. I build lightweight, business-focused sites to fill that gap, and I tell you when something off the shelf already does the job.

Site Recovery is the old "legacy modernization" work, made plain: upgrade an aging site without losing your content, your search history or your logins. I move it methodically, piece by piece, so nothing goes dark in the middle.

Is this right for you?

  • Is your current site slow, broken on phones, or hard to update?
  • Did your last developer or agency stop answering, or keep your logins?
  • Are customers calling to ask things the site should already answer?
  • Do you need online booking or ordering that you own, not rent?
  • Are you launching something new and want it right the first time?
Two ways in

Launch Build or Site Recovery

Same process, same sign-off. The difference is where we start.

Launch Build

A new site, built around one clear offer

For a new business, a new offer, or a site that is not worth saving. We start from what you sell and who buys it, then build the pages, the booking or contact flow, and the search and AI-answer setup that helps people find you.

Site Recovery

Rescue the site you already have

For a site that is broken, slow, outdated or held hostage. I recover access, keep what works, rebuild what does not, and move it to hosting you control. Your domain and logins end up in your name, where they belong.

What you get

Everything you need to own it

  • A written scope and fixed quote, so you know what you get before we begin.
  • Design you approve before I build anything.
  • A fast, mobile-first site written in your voice, with clear calls to action.
  • Booking, contact or ordering flows where they fit your business.
  • Security certificate, security headers and backups set up at launch.
  • Search basics and AI-answer setup, so search engines and AI assistants can read who you are.
  • Milestone payments tied to delivered work.
  • Training and a handoff document, so another developer could pick it up.
  • Your domain, your hosting account and every login, in your name.
The promise

One guarantee, in writing

The promiseA written quote shortly after the call, you approve the design before I build, and a 30-day defect warranty after launch.*

The warranty covers defects in what we agreed to build. New features are new scope, and you see a change order before any of that work starts.

How it works

From call to launch

The timeline depends on the size of the site and how fast content comes together. It is confirmed in your written scope.

  1. A 30-minute callYou tell me what is broken or what you need. I ask a lot of questions and tell you honestly whether to build or buy.
  2. Written scope and fixed quote, shortly afterClear expectations before we begin: pages, features, milestones and the price, in writing.
  3. Design, then your approvalYou see the design and approve it before development begins. Nothing gets built on a guess.
  4. Build in short cyclesAI drafts and tests. I build and review. You see progress along the way and always know where things stand.
  5. Launch and handoffI check and sign it off: the live site, documentation, a walkthrough and every login. Then the 30-day defect warranty starts.

AI does the prep. A human runs the pass. Nothing signs off until a human reviews it. Sam is the final check.

Phoenix metro

Built for how the Valley actually does business

A Tempe pet-care business and a Scottsdale law office need different sites, but the same basics: show up when someone nearby searches, load fast on a phone in a parking lot, and make booking or calling one tap. Restaurants are their own case. I started on the line at L'Auberge de Sedona, so I know 6pm on Saturday is different from 10am on Tuesday. For a restaurant that means a fast site guests can find, direct ordering where it fits so you keep the customer relationship instead of paying a third party for it, and the security layer around any page that touches payments.

Most of the work happens remotely, and meetings happen by video or in person around the Valley, from Scottsdale to Queen Creek.

Straight answers

Build questions

Should I build custom or buy something off the shelf?

Build custom when off-the-shelf tools cannot meet your specific workflow, compliance or integration requirements. Buy when a proven tool already covers most of what you need. Most small businesses do best with a hybrid: a good off-the-shelf tool, connected properly to a site you own. I will tell you when buying is the answer.

How long does a build take?

It depends on the number of pages, the features, and how quickly content and approvals come together. The timeline is confirmed in your written scope, and you see progress in short cycles along the way.

What is no-code or low-code development?

No-code and low-code platforms let you build workflows and simple applications with little traditional programming. Tools like Zapier, Airtable and Power Apps can cover a surprising amount of ground for a fraction of what custom code costs. If one of them fits, I will recommend it and set it up instead of building from scratch.

Can you take over from our current web developer or agency?

Yes. That is what Site Recovery is for. I coordinate the handover, move the site methodically, and never hold your domain or logins hostage. If your old vendor holds them, I help you get them back into your name first.

What does it cost?

It is scoped on the call, with a written fixed quote shortly after and milestone payments. No hidden fees and no surprise retainers. If the scope changes, you see the change order first.
