Ask a tech question. Get a straight answer.

Website acting up, email landing in spam, not sure what a setting means? Ask. You get a plain-English answer from the person who does the work, Sam Margolis. No sales script.

What to expect

Thirty minutes, and you leave with something useful

Bring the problem, the site, or the half-finished idea. I ask a lot of questions.

30 minutes

A real discovery call

Quick but thorough. You tell me what is broken or what you need, and I tell you honestly where it fits: Build, Automate, Defend, Run, Advisory, or something you should buy off the shelf instead.

Ideas

Ideas you can use right away

You leave with ideas you can put to work immediately, whether or not we work together. If I can show you a live client site close to what you need, I will.

No pressure

A conversation, not a pitch

A genuine conversation, not a sales pitch. If it is not a fit, I will say so on the call and point you somewhere better if I can.

What happens next

From call to start date

The same four steps every time, so you always know where things stand.

  1. The callThirty minutes on what you need. I ask questions, you ask yours, and we both decide whether to keep going.
  2. Written scope, shortly afterA written scope with what you get, the milestones and a fixed quote. No hidden fees, no surprise retainers. If the scope changes later, you see the change order first.
  3. DepositWhen you approve the scope, a deposit holds your place. Payment terms are written into the scope before you sign anything.
  4. Start dateWe agree a start date, and the timeline is confirmed in your written scope. From there, AI does the prep and I sign off every pass.

AI does the prep. A human runs the pass. Nothing signs off until a human reviews it. Sam is the final check.

Prefer email? Write it down.

Fill out the form and I will reply as quickly as possible, in the order they come in. Tell me what you need in plain words. A domain helps if this is about an existing site or email.

Existing clientsExisting clients: email sam@worldclassdigital.com. You reach the person who built it, not a ticket queue.

Not ready for a call or a project? The free checkup looks at your certificate, security headers, email protection and whether AI answers mention you. Read-only, and I review every one myself.

The form sends your details to me by email so I can reply. Nothing is sold or shared. See the privacy policy.

Phoenix metro

Home base is the Valley

I work with small businesses across the Phoenix metro, from Scottsdale to Queen Creek and out to Glendale and Peoria. Most of the work happens remotely. Meetings happen by video or in person around the Valley, whichever suits you.

There is no storefront and no street address to visit. There is one email address, sam@worldclassdigital.com, and it reaches me.

Before you book

See the work first

The fastest way to judge this is to load a live client site. Our work has three you can open right now, with the story behind each one. If you want to know who you are hiring, read about me.

Straight answers

Before you book

Is the call free?

Yes. Thirty minutes, no cost, no obligation. You leave with ideas you can use whether or not we work together.

How quickly will you reply to a message?

As quickly as possible, in the order they come in. If you want a fixed time, booking a call on the calendar is the quickest route.

What should I bring to the call?

Your website address if you have one, the problem in your own words, and anything you have already tried. Screenshots and old quotes help. You do not need a written brief.

Do you publish prices?

No published tiers, because the right scope depends on what you need. Every job is scoped on the call, with a written fixed quote shortly after. No hidden fees and no surprise retainers.

Ready when you are

Pick a time that works for you.

Thirty minutes. Bring the problem. You will know by the end whether it is a fit.
